Preparatory Course for Admission
to Government School Primary 2
Applicants must be between 7 to 9 years of age as at 1st January of the year they are enrolling.

Preparatory Course for Admission
to Government School Primary 3

Applicants must be between 8 to 10 years of age as at 1st January of the year they are enrolling.

Preparatory Course for Admission to Government School Primary 4
Applicants must be between 9 to 11 years of age as at 1st January of the year they are enrolling.

Preparatory Course for Admission to Government School Primary 5
Applicants must be between 10 to 12 years of age as at 1st January of the year they are enrolling.

Additional Requirement:

Applicants are required to sit for the English placement test to determine the academic standard.

Preparatory Course for Admission 
to Government School Secondary 3
Applicants must be between 14 to 16 years of age as at 1st January of the year they are enrolling.

Additional Requirement:

It is mainly to help students build up a very strong foundation for further studies.
Academic Progression:Students who pass the respective AEIS or S-AEIS Examination can gain entry into Singapore Government Schools.
Assessment Methods:Final assessment is based on written examinations set by the Ministry of Education Singapore. Internal assessments include Mock Examinations and monthly progressive tests.
Teaching Processes:
  • Raising Awareness
  • Structuring Consolidation
  • Facilitating Assessment for Learning
  • Enabling Application
  • Guiding Discovery
  • Instructing Explicitly
  • Progressive report on students’ development (monthly test results and Mock Examinations)
Manner of Teaching:
  • Using textbooks and workbooks
  • Using past year series of examination papers
  • Using lecture notes
Graduation Criteria:
  • Students are deemed graduated when they have completed the course with at least 90% attendance for international students and 75% attendance for local students.
  • All fees must be duly paid in full.
Attendance Requirement:All Student Pass Holders are required to maintain a record of 90% and above. Failure to do so may lead to cancellation of student pass.


Non-Student Pass Holders are required to maintain a record of 75% and above. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of the student.
Average Teacher-Student Ratio:1 : 15
Course Duration:Full-time: 6 months (weekly 5 days x 6 hrs)
Part-time: 6 months (weekly 3 days x 6 hrs)
Awards:Upon graduation, students will be awarded
