It is designed to equip students with:
  • Provide students with the knowledge and skills that will enable them to progress to the Professional Certificate course in Hospitality Management and Diploma in hospitality management related studies
  • Provide students with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge of the hospitality business
  • Provide the foundation for future professional and career development.

  • CHM102. Introduction to Human Resource Management
  • CHM103. Foundation in Customer Behaviour Studies
  • CHM104. Industrial Attachment – Essentials of Tourism and Hospitality Operation
The manner of Teaching:Lectures , tutorials and project assignments will be conducted within Trinity International College.

Entry Requirement

Minimum Age:17 years old and above.
Academic Level:GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 subjects pass or Equivalent to Year 10 from the respective home country of the applicant.
Language Proficiency:
  • A minimum Grade of C5 in English Language for GCE ‘O’ Level.

  • Level or regional equivalent, or at least IELTS 5.5 or CAE Level 4 or pass the English Proficiency Test at equivalent level conducted by Trinity International College (with a score of at least 50%).


  • English proficiency may be considered to have been met and an IELTS score may not be required 
if applicant possesses a Secondary/Middle School qualification where English was the sole medium 
of instruction.

Mature Candidate :
  • Are 30 years and above at the time of registration.
  • Have at least 8 years of verifiable working experience.
  • Provide a detailed resume with contact details of past and present employers.

Should the start date of a module fall on a weekend or public holiday, the module will commence on the next operational day of the school.

The learners will need to fulfill all of the following to graduate and be awarded the certificate
Attendance Requirement:
  • 90% for all learners who are under student pass (STP)
  • 75% for learners without STP
Academic Level:Pass all modules, including the Industrial 
Attachment (IA) module
Others:Course fees all fully paid
