Course Outline	This course aims to develop the learners’ ability to understand and apply project scheduling and timeline framework and techniques on business operations.   Some of the course topics include: Introduction to Project Management in Retail and Project Scheduling Mathematical Analysis of Project Schedule Project Tracking and Reporting Understanding Delegation and Accountability Planning and setting of timeline objectives
Duration	16 Hours (2 Days) – 9am to 6pm
Entry Requirements	Aged 21 and above Speak, listen, and read English at a level not lower than WPL (Level 4) Manipulate numbers at a level not lower than WPL (Level 4)
