Her expertise spans human resources, training, and business performance, where she has consistently delivered operational excellence and organizational growth. Her strong professional background enriches her teaching of Diploma and Advanced Diploma programs in Hospitality and Tourism Management as well as Business and Management. By integrating real-world industry practices into the classroom, she equips students with practical skills and global perspectives that prepare them for success in competitive markets. As Director of Operations at the college, she plays a pivotal role in advancing academic quality, ensuring industry relevance, and fostering student development. Her leadership bridges the gap between education and industry, cultivating graduates who are confident, capable, and career-ready.
