Her expertise spans human resources, training, and business performance, where she has consistently delivered operational excellence and organizational growth. Her strong professional background enriches her teaching of Diploma and Advanced Diploma programs in Hospitality and Tourism Management as well as Business and Management. By integrating real-world industry practices into the classroom, she equips students with practical skills and global perspectives that prepare them for success in competitive markets. As Director of Operations at the college, she plays a pivotal role in advancing academic quality, ensuring industry relevance, and fostering student development. Her leadership bridges the gap between education and industry, cultivating graduates who are confident, capable, and career-ready.

Hazel D. Veloso

Hazel D. Veloso is an experienced educational leader and educator with over 20 years of experience in teaching and academic administration. She holds a Master's Degree in Educational Management and is TESOL-certified. Currently serving as Principal of Trinity International College, Singapore, she oversees academic programs, curriculum development, and regulatory compliance. She is committed to fostering high academic standards and a positive learning environment.

An Sitong

An Sitong is experienced in designing curriculum and developing engaging class materials for diploma-level students in Business and Management, as well as Retail and Supply Chain Management. A promising and passionate educator, she is dedicated to shaping students' skills, confidence, and professional mindset. Having studied and lived in Singapore for several years as an international student, she understands the academic, cultural, and personal challenges faced by foreign students, enabling her to connect effectively with learners and support their successful transition to life and study in Singapore.

James Tew

James Tew has more than 20 years of teaching experience. His role includes managing and mentoring lecturers in course content design, curriculum review, assessment planning, and programme delivery, while maintaining consistent quality assurance across courses offered.

Colvent Hu

Colvent Hu is a hospitality sales and business development professional with over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles across Singapore and the APAC region, complemented by her current work as an adjunct and associate lecturer. Her strength lies in driving revenue growth, building strong industry partnerships, and translating industry experience into practical, results-oriented education.

Charles Ong

Charles Ong has more than 20 years of demand & supply planning experience in manufacturing, retail, chemical, pharmaceutical, diary & biotechnology industries. Ensuring optimized end-to-end supply chain planning best practices to achieve maximized customer satisfaction & reliable forecast process and accuracy. He has Bachelor of Business – Management & Marketing from Queensland University of Technology, Australia. Moreover, he also attained the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) at Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) in Singapore.

Kelvin Ling

Kelvin Ling is an experienced business consultant, trainer, and operations leader with more than 16 years of experience in business management, operations, sales, training, and organisational development. He has held senior leadership and consulting roles across diverse industries, with expertise in business transformation, operational improvement, team development, and strategic growth. Kelvin brings extensive industry experience into the classroom, connecting business concepts with practical applications. He is passionate about developing students' leadership, problem-solving, and professional skills, equipping them with practical knowledge and confidence to succeed in today's dynamic business environment.

Ma. Jennifer Domingo

Ma. Jennifer Domingo is an experienced hospitality and business educator with extensive teaching experience in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Management, and Food & Beverage Management. She has taught diploma and degree-level programmes across various higher education institutions in Singapore and overseas. Her teaching experience covers a broad range of hospitality and business disciplines, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the needs of students preparing for careers in the service and business sectors. Jennifer is committed to creating an engaging learning environment where students can strengthen their knowledge, develop professional competencies, and gain a deeper understanding of the hospitality and tourism industry.
